Returns & Exchanges

At TUDN Fan Shop, we want you to represent your team with pride; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with all official tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all previous shipping labels are covered or removed to avoid delays.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new gear within 7-10 business days.
